Fee:
$800.00 per student for Initial course.
$325.00 per student for one day Recertification Course.
Fee includes all continental breakfast, lunch and beverage breaks for each day plus all necessary course materials.
Dress:
Casual, waterproof footwear
Registration:
Registration must be submitted ONLINE through the “REGISTRATION FORM – SUBMIT ONLINE” page.
Payment Must Accompany the CCCF’s Backflow School Application.
Since enrollment will be limited, prompt attention is recommended. Applications with payment will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The sponsors reserve the right to cancel a course if sufficient preregistration is not achieved. In the event of cancellation by the sponsors, a full refund will be made or you may apply your payment toward a future program.

EVERY STUDENT MUST DEMONSTRATE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF BACKFLOW PREVENTION AND TESTING IN ORDER TO PASS THIS COURSE, THEREFORE IT IS IMPERATIVE TO REVIEW THE MATERIALS SENT TO YOU BEFORE COMING TO CLASS IN ORDER TO HAVE A BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF THE MATERIAL THAT WILL BE PRESENTED. IF YOU ARE UNPREPARED AND IT IS DEEMED THAT YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPTS OF BACKFLOW PREVENTION AND TESTING YOU MAY BE SENT HOME WITHOUT A REFUND!
IF YOU ARE NOT THE PERSON WHO IS ACTUALLY TAKING THIS COURSE PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THOSE ATTENDING UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS .
CERTIFICATES WILL BE ISSUED 6 – 8 WEEKS AFTER COURSE COMPLETION.
