Backflow Preventer Repair Class

We are happy to announce our BACKFLOW PREVENTER REPAIR CLASS coming this fall.

Starting with the basics, this one-day class will cover the most frequent reasons backflow preventers fail, how to repair the many different types of devices safely, and the tools required to do the job correctly.

The class will be geared toward certified backflow testers that have already taken our initial backflow tester certification course and are actively involved in testing and/or repair.

Backflow Repair Class Outline

1)  Safety First                                          5)  Typical Device Failures

2)  Working Clean                                   6)  Disassembly of DCVA and RPZ Devices (Large & Small)

3) Proper Lubrication                            7)  Examination of Internals

4)  Proper Tools                                       8)  Parts Replacement & Reassembly

Cost: $215.00 for the 8 hour class. ( Lunch included with price)
